Under the approval of the High Commissioner No. 8745 / m b e and the date of 29/9/1428 to hold the "International Conference of the Federation of Beekeepers Arabs," Saudi Arabia in the city of Abha, Asir region during the period 20-22 / 3 / 1429 AH under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Khalid Bin Abdazizal Saud, Governor of Asir organized by the Saudi Society of Agricultural Sciences, King Saud University in cooperation with the Federation of Arab Apicultural Almwnmr Sixth International Federation of Beekeepers Arab city of Abha in the period from 20-22/3/1430 17-19/3/2009 H m has been involved in the conference 437 participants from 14 Arab countries including Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Egypt, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia and Germany, Turkey, Canada, Pakistan and the Philippines. The following is a brief report on the conference: First: Opening ceremony: The Conference was opened at exactly nine o'clock on the morning of Tuesday, 20/3/1430 AH corresponding to 3/17/2009 presence of His Royal Highness Mir Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Asir region and more than five hundred participants Hall Asir Abha Palace Hotel has included the opening ceremony : 1. Second: The opening of the exhibition: After completion of the opening ceremony of the conference, His Royal Highness Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Saud inaugurated the Exhibition of the Conference, where His Royal Highness visited the exhibition booths, which included the products of honey bees, the techniques of beekeeping addition to the food of bees and material control, as well as other scientific publications. The show featured the presence of a remarkable specialists and those interested in raising bees. Fourth: The scientific workshop: Organized a scientific workshop entitled "The scientific applications of treatment the name of bees" may occur in the workshop of five specialists in the subject of the workshop from Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Sudan. Take the recommendations of the Conference, which are summarized as follows: - Develop strategies for the development of beekeeping in Arab countries. - Activating and dissemination of a database for researchers and union papers and books published in Arab countries. - Conduct a comprehensive study of the sources of nectar and pollen in the Arab States and the preparation of a map to solve the pastoral regions. - Guidance to researchers in universities and research centers for priority applied research specialized in honey bees in cooperation with the Union of Beekeepers Arabs.
     
Shields were also distributed to the members of the organizing committees, as well as contributors to the development of beekeeping in Arab countries. IX: Evaluation of the Conference: The sake of the organizing committee to see the level of organization and take advantage of the views of the participants to organize future conferences assessment questionnaire was distributed at the closing session of the Conference of the Conference, attended by 213 participants concluded the views of participants to: 1. View of participants in the organization of the Conference Conference participants unanimously agreed that the conference was a success and praised the role that the organizing committees and commended the effort of everyone and gave thanks for that. Shortcomings from the viewpoint of participants: Table (3) a summary of the views of participants at the conference about the shortcomings that accompanied the conference organization.

Proposals: Concentrated the most important suggestions of the participants to organize future conferences in the following: * States that future conferences will be guided by the organization of the Sixth International Conference.
